We can promise you that you will save between 60-80% off RRP choosing us to reupholster your existing office seating.
You can choose to either email us your requirements or call us, which ever is easier to go through your requirements. We do require photos of the chairs to make sure they can be accepted before we can provide estimates. If you don’t have access to photos or email then one of our area managers can arrange to visit you.
We have thousands of finishes available including fabric, vinyl, leather and mesh. Physical samples can be sent by post or digital PDFs can be sent electronically which ever you prefer. You can contact us via phone or email us to find out more.
Once you have chosen your finishes we can now arrange collection on a date that works best for you. We can also provide you with temporary chairs for a one off cost of £2 per chair while your seating goes away to be refreshed resulting in minimal down-time. Average lead-time per 50 chairs is 3 working days.
On the day of completion you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange a day that works best for you to have your refreshed chair/s delivered and if you have any temporary chairs these will be switched over the same day.

Yes. Not only do we reupholster hundreds of office chairs every year we can also reupholster fabric screen partitions, acoustic screen panels, seating booths, contract furniture and much more.
We offer free local collections & delivery to Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster and surrounding areas. If you are not within these zones there will be a surcharge depending on your location.
Yes. We have a store by the side of the A6 on Lancaster New Road, Forton PR3 1AD. You are free to visit us at The Coggin Group anytime between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 12pm Saturday. We are closed all day on Sunday.
No. But the more the better as we charge per chair. Single chairs = £50.00 each and anything over 20x chairs = £36.00 per chair. We prefer to price per order as most orders vary on fabric requirements and difficulty.
